Wild Dino Rhinos are wild versions of Dino Rhinos that appear in Paper Mario: Color Splash. They only appear in the Emerald Circus, where two of them appear along with an Animal Trainer Shy Guy as the second group of enemies Mario must fight on stage. When a trainer is present in battle, Wild Dino Rhinos attack by charging at Mario once. After an Animal Trainer Shy Guy is defeated, the Wild Dino Rhinos begin to rage. They attack by charging into Mario twice, jumping on him, and then breathing fire at him. They are calmed down when another Animal Trainer Shy Guy appears.
