- This article is about the item in the Super Smash Bros. series. For the item in Super Mario Galaxy 2, see Spin Drill.
Template:Item-infobox The Drill is an item appearing in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. When used, the player fires the drill bit as a projectile. The drill flies across the screen, damaging and carrying any fighters that get caught in its path along with it to potentially off-screen and KO them. The projectile can only be used one time; after that, the weapon's base can be thrown at other fighters.
