Template:Item-infobox The Daybreak is a powerful weapon first appearing in Together mode in Kid Icarus: Uprising, and later appearing as an item in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate[1]. Like the Dragoon, the Daybreak is split into three parts that must be collected before the player can use the completed item. When completed, the player can fire a continuous laser across the stage that ignores shields and deals high damage and knockback. The player can walk around and jump before firing, and can drop it by either grabbing a ledge or getting hit enough, allowing another player to pick it up and immediately use it.
