Funky Stadium is a new Battle Course that only appears in Mario Kart Wii. The course, resembling a skateboarding course, features many slope pads, allowing players to perform tricks and get Item Boxes. The battle course has a Funky Kong theme, hence the name. At the start of the battle, everyone starts in the corners of the map in groups of three, and make an entrance into the stadium from ramps. This map can also be considered the largest battle map in the game.
