I talked to my friend the other day, and I found out that he is a user of several ranks on a few different wikis. So, I told him that he should consider creating an account on Userpedia, kind of like I did. He emailed me back and told me that for whatever reason, creating new accounts on Userpedia is currently disabled, and that they ask that any users wishing to create an account contact an admin via chat, but that the chat program is being blocked by his PC's security. He therefore wanted to know if I would request that an account be made on his behalf, which of course I have no problem doing, only I'm not really certain that that's even allowed.
