At the beginning of the level, the Kongs exit a small tunnel and make their way towards several small ledges. After dropping down the second ledge, they find a Klaptrap and a barrel switch that displays the word 'Go'. Once they hit it, the [[Rock Kroc]] dashing in the small area of land ahead crouches into a ball, allowing the primates to cross. A [[DK Barrel]] and another barrel switch is located nearby, and they are followed by several ledges with more Rock Krocs on the edge of them. The Kongs can find a Klaptrap on the top ledge, which is followed by a lower area containing the [[KONG Letters|letter K]] and a [[tire]] that can assist them in crossing a pit and reaching a barrel switch high in the air. Two Rock Krocs race in the small area after here, avoiding another pit found farther ahead.  


This unique level takes place inside a mine shaft, however, the way forward is guarded by the invincible and incredibly fast [[Rockkroc]] sentinels. The only way past the Rockkrocs is to deactivate them. To do this, the Kongs must hit the 'GO' barrels to switch them to 'STOP'. This will change the green light in the mine to a red one, and while this red light is on, the Rockkrocs will be unable to move, rendering them harmless. However, the light only stays red for a limited amount of time. Fortunately for the Kongs, this is the only level in the game where the Rockkrocs are found. This level also marks the first appearance of the [[Klaptrap]] enemies. Besides these foes, no other enemies appear in Stop & Go Station.
On the opposite side of this abyss, the heroes can find a flat piece of ground with a Klaptrap on it and a barrel switch above it that they can hit to flip the color of the lights, causing the Rock Krocs to curl into balls if they are not already in their hiding position. The tire can help them bounce to the switch, which then causes the Rock Krocs to roll up into a ball for a limited amount of time. A few Klaptraps march around the area, which is followed by a wide abyss containing several small platforms, each being guarded by a Rock Kroc. At the beginning of the level, the heroes will need to walk through the mine shaft and defeat a Klaptrap to find a 'Go' barrel. The monkeys should hit it so the barrel says 'Stop', causing each Rockkroc to crouch down and become harmless. So, the monkeys will then have to run through the area before the foes get back up. Hitting another barrel nearby to stop the Rockkrocs, the heroes will need to jump up several ledges and beat a lone Klaptrap to find a place where they will need to bounce on a [[tire]] to reach the next 'Go' barrel. Once they hit it, the group should race over a Rockkroc and an abyss to find another barrel to hit. When the heroes touch the barrel, the zombie-like foes will, as usual, take cover, allow the monkeys to progress through the level safely over a wide abyss. After this is passed, they will have to hit another barrel and head over a small gap to meet two more Rockkrocs. The monkeys should run away from them if they are moving, and then touch another barrel over an abyss. Once hit, the Kongs will be free to ride up a platform safely and make it on a high ledge. From there, they will need to hit a nearby 'Go' barrel and hop up some more ledges to dodge Rockkrocs. Afterwards, the group will be able to grab the letter O in an abyss and then hit the nearby [[Star Barrel]].


Now about halfway through the level, the monkeys will need to run across an area full of Rockkrocs by hitting a 'Go' barrel, making display the word, 'Stop'. Passing this area will take the monkeys to a parade of three Klaptraps. The foes should be defeated easily. After this, the group will need to jump up on a ledge and push a tire under another barrel. Bouncing on it, the heroes should hit into the barrel and put the Rockkrocs asleep, allowing them to hop over a set of three occupied platforms. Soon, the group will enter an area full of more Rockkrocs than any other area. So, they will need to hit a barrel in a corner to stop the foes and run to the next barrel before they get back up. Once this barrel is hit, the apes will need to push another tire under the area's third 'Go' barrel to make it display 'Stop', putting the Rockkrocs down again. From there, the heroes should climb up some ledges, still avoiding Rockkrocs. Once up on the final ledge, [[Donkey Kong|Donkey]] and [[Diddy]] will find the letter G, as well as the level's exit.

There, they will have to shoot in a square shape with four barrels, collecting many bananas. In the center of the large area, they can grab a [[Banana Bunch]].   • Find the Exit!: After crossing the Continue Barrel, the Kongs can notice a barrel lying in plain sight. They must pick it up and carry it, and walk into a Stop & Go Barrel along the way. There is a wall behind the second Rock Kroc, which the Kongs must break to enter into the Bonus Level. In the Bonus Level, the Kongs have the option to shoot in a square path with four Barrel Cannons, collecting bananas along the way. There is a Banana Bunch in the center of the area. In the Bonus Level, the Kongs are inside of a vertical-facing Barrel Cannon, and can blast straight into the prizes, which are arranged in three columns. Each column has ten single bananas and a collectible at the top. The first two columns have a Banana Bunch at the top while the third, latter column has a Winky Token. After blasting up, the Kongs either fall down the pit or land back into the Barrel Cannon; by missing the Barrel Cannon, they return into the main level.

Warp[edit]

The warp is in the level entrance at the very start. By walking back into it, the Kongs are teleported near the end of the level, just at the arrow sign indicating the nearby level exit.
