Candy's Save Point, also spelled Candy's Save point,[1] is a location in Donkey Kong Country. It is a booth run by Candy Kong and the place where Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong can save their game progress, by jumping into the Save Barrel. The area has a wooden booth with red and white striped awning and a sign with lights that run around it. The background shows a forest setting. A Candy's Save Point appears in all six worlds: Kongo Jungle, after Barrel Cannon Canyon; Monkey Mines, after Stop & Go Station; Vine Valley, after Temple Tempest; Gorilla Glacier, after Torchlight Trouble; Kremkroc Industries, Inc., after Elevator Antics; and Chimp Caverns, after Loopy Lights. Candy's Save Point neither returns in the Game Boy Color version nor the Game Boy Advance version, instead being replaced with Candy's Challenge and Candy's Dance Studio respectively, because the ability to save one's progress is instead doable from the world map.
In the Club Nintendo comic Donkey Kong Country, Candy's Save Point appears in the second part, but Candy instead provides Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong with Squawks here for their journey.
Candy's Save Point appears in the background of the DK Island subarea of the World of Light in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, representing the location where Candy Kong's spirit is fought.
