The Nano Bike has the best handling in the game. Its other pros are a good acceleration, off-road, and mini-turbo.  Its drifting is average. However, it's the slowest vehicle in the game. Additionally, it's very light, so it's easy for heavy vehicles to push it around. Its stats are shared with the Baby Booster.

The Bit Bike possesses the best handling in the game. Additionally, it also features great acceleration, off-road and Mini-Turbo stats, as well as average drifting. However, it is the slowest vehicle in the game, as well as the second lightest vehicle in the game, surpassed only by the Quacker in this aspect. As such, it not only struggles to keep up with other vehicles, but it is also easily pushed around by heavier vehicles. The Bit Bike also has outside drift and is the lightest outside-drifting bike in the game. Notably, Baby Mario's Bit Bike has the best handling in the game.

When compared to the Quacker, the Nano Bike has a tad worse acceleration, but slightly better off-road. Ironically, it's heavier than the Quacker, but lighter than the Cheep Charger.
The Bit Bike's medium counterpart is the Sugarscoot, while its large counterpart is the Wario Bike. The Bit Bike's off-road is tied with that of both the Dolphin Dasher and the Phantom. Its mini-turbo is tied with the Mach Bike.

Also, even though the Nano Bike has the best turning stat in the game, it drifts externally instead of internally (the Magikruiser, Nitrocycle, and Torpedo have an internal drift) which can make it harder for some people to handle it, but easier for others.
If Koopa Troopa or Dry Bones ride the Bit Bike, it will pass the Bullet Bike's default mini-turbo stat by one point.

The Bit Bike (known as the Nanobike in the British English version) is a small-sized outside drifting bike that appears in Mario Kart Wii. It resembles a chopper with a pair of vented exhaust pipes. The emblem is located on the sides of the bike. Its kart counterpart is the Booster Seat. The Bit Bike is one of the seven vehicles to exhibit a slight design change besides a palette swap between characters. The other ones are the Booster Seat, Flame Runner, Wario Bike, Shooting Star, Spear, and Phantom. In this case, the Mii's Bit Bike has its exhaust pipes positioned lower than the others.

This and the Booster Seat are the only vehicles in the game with a speed stat of less than thirty.

The Bit Bike's medium counterpart is the Sugarscoot, while its large counterpart is the Wario Bike. The Bit Bike's off-road is tied with that of both the Dolphin Dasher and the Phantom. Its mini-turbo is tied with the Mach Bike.

If Koopa Troopa or Dry Bones ride the Bit Bike, it will pass the Bullet Bike's default mini-turbo stat by one point.
