Medal Mario is a form that Mario takes in the twelfth chapter of Super Mario-kun Volume 15. It is a variation of Metal Mario.
After activating the Metal Cap switch and obtaining the power-up, Mario takes on the Snifits in the course that pestered him before, but one of them takes the water from the river and squirts it onto him, rusting his metal body. Just then, Dorrie, with its poor sense of direction, barges inside the course. It grabs Mario with its mouth and cleanse him with its tongue, but then spits him out in a disk form. It then uses this "Medal Mario" form to use him as a frisbee to defeat the Snifits.
