Flurl (known as Ressar in the British English GameCube version) is a Jungle Buddy of Donkey Kong in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, who first appears in Jungle Deeps. Flurl is a large red squirrel with a giant tail, and its name is a combination of "float" and "squirrel". While usually only one can be seen at a time, two appear on-screen at one point in Ninjape Rally.
