Sonic Drive-In, or simply Sonic, is an American drive-in fast-food chain. In 2016, Nintendo partnered with Sonic to promote Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam by including one of five toys in Sonic's Wacky Pack from April 19 to June 30.[2] The lineup consisted of the following toys:
- Build-A-Peach & Mario Sticker Book:[3] a cardboard craft kit intended to be assembled into Papercraft Peach and a sticker book modeled after the mysterious book with stickers of characters and items[4]
- Triple Bros. Attack:[3] a spinning top with cutouts of Mario, Luigi, and Paper Mario[4]
- Mario:[3] a pull-back toy of Mario with a cardboard cutout of Bowser[4]
- King Goomba:[3] a moving figure of Papercraft Megacrinkle Goomba with a bobbling head and a cardboard base and crown[4]
- Power-Up Box:[3] a ? Block containing glow-in-the-dark discs shaped like a Mushroom, a 1-Up Mushroom, and a 10-Coin that can be attached to surfaces[4]
