Using the blue movable block, Mario should move it to the middle of the left side, the center, and the middle of the right side and jump from the movable block at those spots to reveal them. Alternatively, Mario can also hit the invisible blocks from the tiles without using the movable block using the Tornado Jump if he's equipped with the Ultra Boots.
