Bye-Bye Cannon is the second available Bros. Attack Mario can use in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. Its Attack Pieces are located in Wakeport, and it costs 7 BP to use. Its name is an allusion to the Yoo Who Cannon.

When the attack begins, Mario and Luigi jump into a cannon. A randomized sequence of them blast out into the far background, there being three of each Bro. in the sequence. The player must hit A Button and B Button in the same sequence Mario and Luigi came out as they land on the same enemy, and if successful, must do the same sequence backwards for maximum damage as they come down in the form of a large yet slowly shrinking Spin Jump the second time. If any of the first six stomps kills the target enemy, the second phase's Spin Jump is redirected towards another random enemy.

The move resembles the Cannonballer from Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, and the poses the Mario Bros. perform when achieving an "Excellent" are borrowed from their level up poses in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story.

In the Mad Skillathon, one Bro. is not cloned, and the other receives only one clone, resulting in a total of three. Later, both Bros. get clones, resulting in four, then five, then six. The first stomp in each chain gives a single point, the second 2, the third 3, and so on.
