Level 1-5 is the fifth level of Mario Toy Company in Mario vs. Donkey Kong and its remake. The high score for this level in the original version is 30000. In the Nintendo Switch remake, the target time for this level's Time Attack is 30.00.
Overview[edit]
In the GBA version only, the level starts with a cinematic showing Mario picking up a Garbage Can and throwing it up onto a platform, followed by using it to defeat a Shy Guy.
The player starts next to an activated red Color Switch and a spring that must be used to reach the upper platform. On the platform is a Help Box that shows the player how to toss items upward, and a Garbage Can they can do that with to defeat the Shy Guy ahead. By stepping on the blue Color Switch, the player is able to collect the key that is placed under the locked door. The player then needs to return to the red Color Switch at the start and use the spring to reach the locked door.
In the second area, the player starts next to a Garbage Can that can be tossed onto the upper platform to defeat a Shy Guy. On the left side of the area, above another Garbage Can and a spring, is a Help Box that shows the player how to jump and toss items up. By using the ladder in the center to climb up to the higher platform, the player can find a hammer to defeat the enemies on the platform. After using the spring to the right, the player can jump across the platforms to reach the Mini-Mario.
Enemies[edit]

- Red: In the first area, next to the red Color Switch under the locked door.
- Yellow: In the second area, over the platform above where the player starts.
- Blue: In the second area, next to the Hammer and above the Oil.
