A Spite Pouch is an item in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. When the item is used in battle, Mario receives the Payback status effect for 3 turns, which causes all enemies who attack Mario directly to receive in turn half the damage they just dealt Mario (similar to the Return Postage badge). Also, if it is used in combination with Return Postage, the full amount of damage is dealt.
