Hefty Swirlypods[1] are enemies in Super Mario Bros. Wonder introduced in the level Swamp Pipe Crawl. Much like normal Swirlypods, they slowly crawl along the ground and walls. When stomped on, they are launched out of their shells, much like Unshelled Koopa Troopas, and, after recovering from the dizziness, attempt to get back in it. Unlike their smaller counterparts, their shell can only be picked up by Elephant Mario.
