Stampede! in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Stampede! in action

Stampede! (referred to as Yoshi Stampede in the tips) is Yoshi's Final Smash in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, replacing his previous Final Smash, Super Dragon, from Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U. After Yoshi breaks the Smash Ball and activates his Final Smash, he lunges forward, sending any opponents in front of him to a canyon-like area, where a stampede of different-colored Yoshis run in from the background and trample them. After the cinematic ends, the opponent(s) are launched away. The initial attack covers a fair distance, and can potentially KO Yoshi if he misses and is close to the edge of the screen. If Yoshi fails to land the attack on an opponent, the Final Smash does not play out. The Final Smash cinematic is based on Yoshi's appearance in Super Smash Bros. Melee's opening.
