Ice Climber is one of the microgames in 9-Volt's Nintendo Classics level in WarioWare: Get It Together! It is based on the Family Computer and NES game of the same name.

Gameplay[edit]

The object of this microgame is to reach the top of the mountain while avoiding icicles. When done so successfully, Popo can be seen grabbing onto a condor. Touching a hazard will knock out the character who is being played as, resulting in a loss, complete with the death jingle from Ice Climber.

  • Level 1: A simple level with no hazards.
  • Level 2: A more complex level with more unbreakable walls and a few icicles.
  • Level 3: A highly complex level with more barriers and icicles.

If two players are utilized for this microgame, both players must reach the top to win. Nana can be seen at the top once the game is cleared. The climber holding onto the condor depends on which player reached the top first (Popo for P1 and Nana for P2), receiving a point for effort. On failure, the player who gets knocked out or fails to reach the top in time loses an effort point.

Mission[edit]

  • Block Breaker (one player only): As Penny, the player has to break all of the breakable blocks in a level before completing it.
