Trio Moves[1] (Trio Actions in the British English version)[2] are the field moves in Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. Most of these moves are invented by Paper Mario when the Mario Bros. are in a problematic situation (the only exception is Trio Grab, which is invented by Luigi, though the idea came from Paper Mario's rescue). There is a total of five moves, and they are all used (except for the Team Jump) when the player selects the appropriate icon (either by touching it or by using L Button and R Button), then presses A Button, B Button, and Y Button in succession. The moves are listed below.
