Pound Peril is a Duel minigame found in Mario Party 5.
Gameplay[edit]
There are twelve switches in a circle. By ground-pounding these switches, players attempt to find the one that does not hurt them. Hitting a wrong switch hurts the player with a poison liquid spill, zapper, ten-pound weight, or spring. The switches reset after being pressed, making it harder to find the correct one. Players can also punch, kick, and ground-pound each other to stun them temporarily. If a player ground-pounds the correct switch, a jingling sound is heard from the spotlight and confetti appears. If neither player finds the correct switch in the time limit, the minigame ends in a draw.
Controls[edit]
1 - The Controls section for this minigame does not show this method.
