Greater location Diamond City

Diamond City Stadium is a major location in WarioWare Gold. It is a stadium in Diamond City where Wario hosts his Wario Bowl tournament with the help of the Alien Bunnies. A crowd of people are always seen in the seats during the game's events. One section of the exterior has a D-pad and two buttons on it, as well as stairs presumably leading into the higher areas of the seats.

Diamond City Stadium has a jumbotron in the center, which is used to stream announcements from Wario. Wario also appears to be able to percieve things through the jumbotron. Wario's House is located on top of a pillar stretching high above the jumbotron, with an passage starting from below a chair in his house leading to a control room in the pillar. This control room is where Wario and the Alien Bunnies primarily work from during the game, and it has many computers that the Alien Bunnies use. The chair from Wario's House is taken through the passageway, where it lands in the center of the room. Wario sits there during the Wario Bowl. There is a set of double doors from this control room leading to a small platform on the pillar's exterior. A diving platform can extend from the doors. At the base of the pillar is an elevator greatly resembling ones used in various microgame challenge modes in the WarioWare series series, with a pig printed on its door. It is flanked by two pillars of about the elevator's height. Diamond City Stadium is the setting for the intro to Story mode, shorts featuring Wario, Wario Deluxe's stage in the Ultra League, and the game's ending.

Diamond City Stadium's jumbotron appears to be capable of movement, as it appears from the top of the screen at the Mash League Arena, Twist League Arena, and Touch League Arena for Wario's cutscenes. With it, Wario explains the controls for that league for the intros of his stages. For the conclusion of the stage, Wario tells the player to head to the next stage then the jumbotron rises off the top of the screen.

Diamond City Stadium first appears in Wario's first cutscene, where uses the passage in his house to go to the control room and announce the start of the Wario Bowl. He also explains the league system. Lulu is also present, threatening Wario before running off.

The shorts featuring Wario take place at the stadium as he runs the Wario Bowl. The first one has him bathe in a tub full of coins he collected from the tournament fee. It also reveals he brought the Pot of Luxeville from his house to the stadium, as he notices an odor from it that bothers the Alien Bunnies. The second one has him wake up from a nap, grow angry as he realizes the participants in the Wario Bowl completed eight stages, and return to napping. The last has him announce the existence of the Ultra League by bungee jumping from the diving platform.

For Wario Deluxe's stage, Wario wears the Pot of Luxeville and becomes Wario Deluxe while in the control room. He duels the player as the final challenge in the Wario Bowl. He rides in a basket held in the air by many balloons, flying above over the jumbotron of Diamond City Stadium. This serves as the setting of the stage, with the jumbotron's screen displaying the microgames. The crowd on the jumbotron cheers for each successfully cleared microgame, and boos for each failure. In the latter case, the jumbotron also malfunctions. Lulu barges in partway through and assists the player in defeating Wario Deluxe. The combined efforts of the two pop Wario Deluxe's balloons, sending Wario Deluxe and Lulu to the ground within Diamond City Stadium.

For the ending, Lulu successfully retrieves the Pot of Luxeville from Wario Deluxe and leaves on a balloon. Wario, having reverted from Wario Deluxe, announces the end of the game, only for Wario's friends to arrive requesting that Wario pay them. A short scuffle ensures, with the employees ultimately splitting what remains of Wario's money with each other, Wario, and the player.

Diamond City Stadium is the location the Challenge mode Wario Interrupts takes place. It reprises the concept of Wario Deluxe's stage, except that Lulu is involved less than she is in Story mode.
