Acorn Plains introduces the following enemies in each version of the game:

Super Mario Maker / Super Mario Maker 2[edit]

Some levels from Super Mario Run are set in Acorn Plains.

Courses with the overworld theme of the New Super Mario Bros. U style are set in Acorn Plains in Super Mario Maker and Super Mario Maker 2.

Super Mario Run[edit]

The courses Up and Over, Shell Me the Way!, Slope to Success, and Piranha Plant Field from Super Mario Run, as well as the tutorial How to Play, take place in Acorn Plains. Similarly, the above ground sections of the courses Wall-Kicking It Underground, Treasure-Hoarding Swoops, Danger High and Low, and Chase the Snaking Coins take place in Acorn Plains.
