Large Fry is the fifth boss in Wario Land: Shake It!. He resembles a very large fish dressed as a chef. He will start by attacking with a Ground Pound, causing two sacks of enemies to drop down. Inside there is mixture of either red or yellow Bandineros, Buccaneros, Shortfuses, Nosedozers, or Recapitators. Wario must throw an enemy into the mouth of the boss, then he will spit out a bomb. Wario must then throw the bomb back into Large Fry's mouth. The bomb will explode inside him, dropping him to the floor, vulnerable to attack. Each bomb he eats will cause it to grow bigger, which means it will take more enemies to throw at him before it spits out a bomb. If Large Fry glows green, then he is preparing a fast dash attack from the side of the screen, which can be avoided by ducking. Large Fry can also spit out missles from his mouth which home in on Wario. Defeating this boss awards the player with the Large Fry Emblem and access to the Shakedown Schooner, where the final battle awaits.

*Large Fry is named because of his size and the fact that he fits in a large frying pan.

Large Fry is a boss that appears in Large Fry Cook-Off of Quiver Cliffs in Wario Land: Shake It! He appears as a giant fish dressed as a chef who rides on a balti dish, and his name references the phrase "small fry."

Battle[edit]

Large Fry starts by attacking with a Ground Pound, causing two sacks of enemies to drop down. Inside each sack is a mixture of red and yellow Bandineros, Buccaneros, Shortfuses, Nosedozers, or Recapitators. Large Fry also attacks by dashing from one side of the screen to the other, telegraphed by him starting to glow green; Wario can avoid the attack by ducking. The boss may also spit out giant missiles from his mouth, which home in on Wario.

Wario can only damage Large Fry by throwing an enemy into his mouth; he will spit out a bomb, which Wario must then throw back in. The bomb explodes inside Large Fry, dropping him to the floor and leaving vulnerable to attack. Defeating this boss awards the player with the Large Fry Emblem and access to the Shakedown Schooner, where Shake King, the final boss, awaits.
