A Woozy Guy is a Shy Guy that can flip in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and it's sequel, Yoshi's Island DS. Nothing much is known about them other than they must be sent by Kamek, they flip and jump like the regular Shy Guys of Paper Mario, and they appear in Yoshi Island DS's Island Museum.
