A Woozy Guy is a Shy Guy that jumps in flips during the events of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and it's sequel, Yoshi's Island DS. Nothing much is known about them other than they must be sent by Kamek, they flip like the regular Shy Guys of Paper Mario, and they appear in Yoshi Island DS's Enemy Museum.
