This level can only be accessed if [[Wario]] obtains five boss emblems. The level starts in the exterior of the [[Shake King]]'s ship during a stormy night. Twenty to thirty-two [[Merfle]]s use their mystical powers to remove the barrier blocking the ship's door. Once Wario enters the door, the Shake King laughs, sitting on his throne, and the five Boss Emblems appear and weaken him, and the battle begins.

During the first phase, Wario should jump on the Shake King when he uses his charge attack (very similar to Wario's [[Dash Attack]]) to make him crash into a wall; however, Wario can [[Ground Pound]] him to deal a small amount damage. Next, he should damage him with a Dash Attack on his behind repeatedly until he falls out of the wall, stunned. Following that, Wario must deal a large amount of damage by throwing him into the ceiling or any wall. However, he can decide to shake the Shake King before throwing him to cause damage, as this produces large amounts of coins. If Wario throws him into a nearby wall, he can also decide to deal a small amount of damage with a Dash Attack. The Shake King will then attempt other attacks in order: dropping [[fireball]]s, performing his own [[Earthshake Punch]], and throwing a giant [[Bandinero]]. However, if the Shake King is charging any attack (other than the charge), Wario can use an Earthshake Punch to cancel the attack. Likewise, using an Earthshake Punch when the Shake King does will counter it, granting Wario a chance to attack.

When the Shake King loses ⅓ HP, he will use his Ground Pound to smash the floor, leading to his ship's laboratory, where the second phase begins; however, Wario can use the Ground Pound at the end of the previous phase to stun him, although using it on top of him will damage the boss. In this phase, the Shake King will throw a giant [[Bumbleprod]] that cannot be touched, which Wario must completely avoid. Wario will then have to jump on him two times. However, using a Ground Pound on him twice can deal a little more damage. After being thrown to a wall (as well as the option to get damaged by Wario's Dash Attack), the Shake King will use a new attack by jumping into the air unleashing a powerful Ground Pound for each jump, from side to side. Following that, the Shake King can use his Earthshake Punch again, although Wario can counter that attack with his own punch, allowing him to damage the boss.

When the Shake King's HP is low, he will use his Ground Pound to destroy the laboratory's floor, leading to a room where both the [[Bottomless Coin Sack]] and [[Queen Merelda]] are being held, with the latter standing in front of former and waiting for Wario to rescue her. Here, Merelda notices the room's ceiling collapsing, and Wario and the Shake King appear from above.

The Shake King fully refills his health and starts his third and final phase, set in the Shakedown Schooner's area where the Shake King has shaken Wario in the regular stages if the player has not made it back to the beginning within a time limit. The Shake King uses powerful magic which he never has never used in the previous phases, involving many electrical attacks. In order to dodge the first wave of thunderbolts he creates, Wario must stand in between them. Wario will then have to jump on the Shake King three times to counter his charge attack; however, using a Ground Pound on him three times will deal even a little more damage. Following that, Wario should then move slightly to dodge the second wave which has a slightly different alignment. For the balls of electrical energy that he fires, Wario can just dodge them like a flying enemy. As for the large lightning bolts after the charge attack, he should dash under the Shake King while the lightning is temporarily stopped to charge up for a large blast. Following that, the Shake King will then drop more fireballs, followed by his punch which can be countered with Wario's Earthshake Punch. Lastly, Wario must stand in close to avoid being shot by an energy ball fired from the Shake King's third blast. This cycle repeats until Wario defeats the Shake King.

Wario fighting the Shake King

This level can only be accessed if Wario obtains five boss emblems. The level starts in the exterior of the Shake King's ship during a stormy night. Twenty to thirty-two Merfles use their mystical powers to remove the barrier blocking the ship's door. Once Wario enters the door, the Shake King laughs, sitting on his throne, and the five Boss Emblems appear and weaken him, and the battle begins.

During the first phase, Wario should jump on the Shake King when he uses his charge attack (very similar to Wario's Dash Attack) to make him crash into a wall; however, Wario can Ground Pound him to deal a small amount damage. The Shake King will then attempt other attacks in order: dropping fireballs, performing his own Earthshake Punch, and throwing a giant Bandinero.

In this phase, the Shake King will throw a giant Bumbleprod that cannot be touched, which Wario must completely avoid.

When the Shake King's HP is low, he will use his Ground Pound to destroy the laboratory's floor, leading to a room where both the Bottomless Coin Sack and Queen Merelda are being held, with the latter standing in front of former and waiting for Wario to rescue her.
