This bonus level is an altered version of [[Level 2-1+]], with the [[Tane Pakkun]]s removed and objects like [[spring]]s and [[1-Up Mushroom]]s added. Like other bonus levels, the player needs to catch the [[flying key]] and bring it to the chest at the bottom of the level to obtain a larger bonus.

Donkey Kong Jungle Plus is the second plus world in Mario vs. Donkey Kong and its remake, being the plus world counterpart to the earlier Donkey Kong Jungle world. In the remake, the ground tiles feature purple dirt, and the background's sky appears slightly cloudier than its regular counterpart.

Exclusively in the Nintendo Switch version of Mario vs. Donkey Kong is a bonus level that can be played after completing enough levels. This bonus level is an altered version of Level 2-1+, with the Tane Pakkuns removed and objects like springs and 1-Up Mushrooms added. Like other bonus levels, the player needs to catch the flying key and bring it to the chest at the bottom of the level to obtain a larger bonus.
