A Flutter Orb (originally called a Wiggler Capsule) is an Orb in Mario Party 5, Mario Party 6, and Mario Party 7.
History
Mario Party 5
In Mario Party 5, a Wiggler Capsule can be thrown onto a space on the board, or used on the player for 20 coins. Its effect is that of the Magic Lamp, where Wiggler appears on a flower, asking if the player wants him to take them to the Star Space. If the player says "Yes," Wiggler turns into a Flutter, and he flies them to the Star Space.
Mario Party 6 / Mario Party 7
In Mario Party 6 and Mario Party 7, players can use a Flutter Orb only on themselves. It costs 30 coins at an Orb hut. The effect remains the same. In Mario Party 6, a Flutter Orb can be bought only on Towering Treetop and in E. Gadd's Garage. In Mario Party 7, it can be bought only on Grand Canal and Bowser's Enchanted Inferno!
