Torpedo Bases are obstacles in New Super Mario Bros. U, New Super Luigi U, and their enhanced port. These red torpedo tubes shoot Targeting Teds, not Torpedo Teds like regular torpedo tubes. Torpedo Bases, along with Targeting Teds, are encountered in The Mighty Cannonship in New Super Mario Bros. U and in Larry's Trigger-Happy Castle in New Super Luigi U.
