Time Bomb is a duel mini-game found in Mario Party 2. Players have to cut the bomb wire at a certain time the goomba So let's say the goomba tells both the players 3 seconds and one of the players cut the wire in more than 3 seconds but has to cut it after it and has to get the closest like in 3.4 seconds. If the player cuts the bomb early, that player loses. The player who cuts the bomb wire at the certain time and gets the closest second like in 3 seconds and the player gets 3.5, wins!!
Gameplay
Players have to press the plunger at a certain time according to the Goomba, counted from the "Start!" announcement. The player who plunges closer to the appropriate time wins, regardless of whether they go over the time limit. For example, if the Goomba tells both players "3 seconds," a player who plunges after 2.72 seconds (0.28 seconds ahead of time) would lose to an opponent who plunges after 3.14 seconds. If both times are the same distance to what the Goomba says or if neither player acts within 30 seconds, no bomb explodes and the minigame ends in a draw.
