Toadia gives one to Mario after completing her trouble as well.

The recipe reappears in Super Paper Mario, where it is now cooked by Dyllis. Unlike the prior installment, it is made by mixing a Mild Cocoa Bean and a Cake Mix. It restores fifteen HP and cures Poison.
