Level 4-2+ is the second level of Merry Mini-Land Plus in the Nintendo Switch version of Mario vs. Donkey Kong. The target time for this level's Time Attack is 24.00.

Overview[edit]

The player is tasked on using Shy Guys carried upwards with Flower Fans as footholds for themselves and the Mini-Mario. The player can first jump to the yellow Color Switch and activate the first yellow Flower Fan so the first Shy Guy is carried upwards, then use it as a foothold to help Mini-Mario cross the spiked gap. Afterwards, the player must carry the second Shy Guy just above the second upwards red Flower Fan, then activate the red Color Switch to make it act as a foothold between two semisolid platforms, and finally help Mini-Mario cross to the locked door from there.

Enemies[edit]

Present locations[edit]

  • Red: At the start of the level, just high above the first Shy Guy.
  • Yellow: On a high two-block wide formation which can be accessed by using the last yellow Flower Fan's gusts.
  • Blue: Collected by the Mini-Mario in a small gap, above a red Flower Fan which the player can use a second Shy Guy with. The Flower Fan must be activated otherwise the Mini-Mario will fall into spikes.
