Fire Mountain is the third world of the Mario vs. Donkey Kong and its Nintendo Switch remake. This world features lava and various enemies like Ninjis, Lava Bubbles, and Fire Shy Guys.

There are notable changes to this world in the remake. In the GBA version, a brown coloration is used for the level select screen, but is colored red instead in the remake. Some of the levels' empty spaces are filled in, with some floating semisolid platforms integrated into the terrain instead.
