The Blanket is one of the special items that appears during the events of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. During Chapter 6, Mario needs to find this item on the first night of his journey on the Excess Express. The conductor had unknowingly given his blanket to Ghost T. after running out of blankets for the passengers. Mario has to go into the baggage car and fetch the Ragged Diary and return it to Ghost T., who then hands him the blanket in exchange. Mario must return the blanket to the conductor, who rewards him with a Mushroom.
