Repel Cape
A Repel Cape from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
The Thousand-Year Door description Raises your evasion, making you harder to hit. (GameCube)
Temporarily makes a party member dodgy so they are harder to hit. (Switch)

The Repel Cape is an item in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. These capes are sold at the souvenir shop in Glitzville and by the salesman Charlieton in Rogueport. When used on either Mario or his partner, they gain the dodgy status effect. This means some enemy attacks miss the hero for four turns.

Zess T. can cook it by mixing a Boo's Sheet and a Point Swap.
