“When your rivals are in an awesome area, join 'em with Springo Candy!”
MC Ballyhoo, Mario Party 8

The Springo Candy is a green Candy in Mario Party 8. It has a picture of a spring on the wrapper, and when a player uses it, their torso downward morphs into a spring. This makes them a "Springo" character and allows them to bounce to an opponent's space chosen by the dart wheel. This is similar to landing on the Warp Space from Mario Party 4 or using the Klepto Capsule from Mario Party 5.

Springo Candy normally costs 20 coins, but this is reduced to 10 coins if the Candy Shop is selling candy at discounted prices. The Candy is found on DK's Treetop Temple, Goomba's Booty Boardwalk, King Boo's Haunted Hideaway, and Koopa's Tycoon Town.

If Springo Candy is used during a Tag Battle, the dartboard will show only the opposing team, as players cannot jump to their corresponding teammates. If the Candy is used in Duel Battle or Star Battle Arena mode, the dart wheel does not occur as the opponent is the only player to whom the user can jump.
