Super Koopas with shining capes or yellow capes with blue feet will run, take off, and fly continuously forward. A Super Koopa is a Koopa that has a cape on. Of course, these Koopas can fly in Super Mario World. However Super Koopas don't have shells. They appear mostly in Donut Plains first level and Twin Bridges.

There will be Super Koopas with yellow capes and red capes. If Mario or Luigi hit them, they will be defeated. If Mario or Luigi hits a Super Koopa with a shining cape, not only will the Super Koopa become a blue cape-less Beach Koopa, but a feather will appear, implying that the Super Koopas are Beach Koopas with capes provided by the feather.

A red-caped and green feet Super Koopa will behave the same way, except it is a randomly generated enemy.
