This article is about the first battle course in Mario Kart: Super Circuit. For other uses of the name "Battle Course", see Battle Course.

Template:Racecourse

Battle Course 1 is the first battle course of Mario Kart: Super Circuit. It uses the background from Mario Circuit. Its form is a square, with walls and sand in the middle. It resembles Battle Course 4 from Super Mario Kart, but smaller.

The course reappears in Mario Kart 7 as a retro battle course. Rocky Wrenches have been added to the course and a small ramp at the center where the sand is. Also, instead of its original background, it has the same background as SNES Mario Circuit 2.
