It raises the Skill levels of teammates whose Skill levels have reached level 4 using Gold Mushrooms such as all Toad colors, and all types/forms of Goombas and Piranha Plants. Grand Gold Mushrooms can be obtained by opening up ? Blocks; winning them from the Lucky ? Blocks game in Toad Houses; or from defeating 3-Goomba Towers, Big Paragoombas, and "Bullet Bill & Goombas" with a 10+ Combo attack.
