This article is under construction. Therefore, please excuse its informal appearance while it is being worked on. We hope to have it completed as soon as possible.
Template:Levelbox Bloo Bay Beach is a location from Paper Mario: Color Splash. It is unlocked after getting the Blue Mini Paint Star of Indigo Underground, and unlocks Daffodil Peak.
Oceanfest takes places here, a festival where Mario has to pass two trials featuring the Five Fun Guys in order to get a key to the end of the level.
The blue Justice Toad is found here too. Mario has to rescue him by using the Fan Thing, and later the Toad stops a giant wave originated by the Fan before swallowing Mario.
