Template:Minigame-infobox Cherry-Go-Round is a 4-player/Duel minigame that appeared in Mario Party DS. Its name is a pun on the "merry-go-round", another name for a carousel, and the word "cherry". This minigame is the third minigame in Score Scuffle.
Gameplay
All the players will have a cherry and must spin it with the for five seconds. When time is up, players will throw the berries high into the air. Whichever player throws his or her cherry the furthest will win the minigame. However, if all the players missed spinning the cherry or if both players get the same score in the Duel variant, it becomes a tie.
Note: If both players get the same score in the Duel variant that breaks the current record, it counts as a New Record even though no one won as it will say Tie after the New Record fanfare. This also applies to the other Duel minigames with a record system, such as Hot Shots, Rail Riders, Hanger Management, Get the Lead Out, Twist and Route, Pedal Pushers, Raft Riot, Study Fall, Hedge Honcho, Domino Effect, Cherry-Go-Round and Roller Coasters.
