Franky is a Boo who appears in the foyer of Boo's Mansion after Bow joins Mario in Paper Mario. Like most Boos in the mansion, he feels deep affections for Lady Bow, as he says himself. He is also delivered a letter from Parakarry during the "Lucky Day" Badge sequence. He even says himself, "Lady Bow is the definition of grace, beauty and spirit."
