Shisai wears a long purple robe and holds a staff. He is a follower of King Koopa, and his job in the film is to conduct the traditional wedding ceremony between King Koopa and Princess Peach. The princess, however, refuses to accept the marriage despite King Koopa's pleas. Instead, the princess confesses her love for Mario, who arrives along with Luigi and Kibidango in an airship to stop the ceremony.
