Heyo, how goes it? As for your suggestions for the poll, I'd suggest bringing them up with Steve. The poll selection is pretty much his creation, so I don't really take a huge part in it. I mainly vote or point out things. He might appreciate your suggestions though! Secondly, I'm not really sure what causes a Megabyte to appear, but I think they can be found anywhere. It seems to me like when you take to long in a certain area to do something, that they'll appear to attack. I got attacked by several of them in Chapter 5 when I was trying to solve some puzzles. I'd suggest going someplace barren in Chapters 1, 4, or 5 and just standing around. You should see one eventually coming to attack. — Stooben Rooben 23:01, 8 January 2009 (EST)

I think DS plays any GBA game regardless of country but I don't know for sure but my Euro DS plays USA Nintendogs but it's a DS game so I'm not sure. Paper Yoshi is a pirate goomba 16:00, 11 January 2009 (EST)

The 'Shroom is celebrating the release of its Fiftieth issue on May 21st, 2011. To celebrate this special occasion, the Core 'Shroom Staff has decided to host a number of events. One of these events involves inviting special guests to write a special section. We discussed a list of possible guest writers to invite, and you have been selected as one of them.

Since this is a very special event, the subject of these special sections does not particularly have to pertain to Mario or the wiki, although it can if desired. Should you accept our invitation, our only request will be that you make your section contain appropriate content and that it be well-written, of decent length, with acceptable grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Sections may be accepted by the Director and Sub-director until May 18th, 2011.

Hey and what's up? Welcome to Projects Seeking Contributors! This section will bring attention to any active projects on the wiki where input and discussion are needed. Let's start with the most active and recent projects seen on the Wiki Collaborations forum board.

  – A collaboration to suggest and rewrite poorly written articles which go against the policy MarioWiki:Good Writing.
• Request: New Super Mario Bros. 2 Stage Icons, started by LTTan (LTIan (talk))
  – A request for several different stage icon sprites from the game New Super Mario Bros. 2, which are to be uploaded onto the wiki.
• Colab/Request - PMSS List of Stickers, Kersti's Tattles, Level Info, started by StiGir Star (Pyro (talk))
  – The article Paper Mario: Sticker Star is currently missing much needed info and images about the Stickers, Tattle info and levels seen in the game. Help us out!
• Request: NSMB2 World Maps, started by LTTan (LTIan (talk))
  – A request for the world maps found in the New Super Mario Bros. 2 Prima official game guide.
• Bad Walkthrough-style Writing, started by Enobarbus (Bop1996 (talk))
  – A collaboration to improve articles which are currently poorly written in a walkthrough-style matter., such as this for example.

• Flip-Swap/Reversible, started by Banon (talk) – Rename the article Reversible Platform (which came from a French translation) to the more suitable translation Flip-Swap Platform.
• Split article Roof, started by Bop1996 (talk) – Discuss possible ways to split Roof into more appearance-specific articles.
• "Super Mario 64 / Super Mario 64 DS" section, started by Glowsquid (talk) – Decide whether this section of Super Mario 64 DS should be organized with bullet points, rather than how it is being organized at present.
• SMB2 Mistake ?, started by Banon (talk) – Discuss the best place for the Super Mario Bros. 2 subsection currently placed at Super Mushroom.
• Official Name Found, started by Banon (talk) – Decide whether the conjectural-titled article Used Block should be changed to the official but less specific "Block".
