Shiny Koopa Troopas are a rare species of Koopa Troopa that appears in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. They look like normal, red or green Koopas except they now shimmer, similar to shiny stickers. A Shiny Koopa's only attack is going into its shell and hurling itself at Mario. Shiny Green Koopas can encountered in battle normally, but a Shiny Red Koopa can only be fought if a Shiny Koopa Paratroopa has lost its wings. Shiny Red Koopas are stronger than Shiny Green Koopas.
