Mad Mecha-Spike Tops are enemies found on Vibe Island in the game Super Princess Peach. They differ from the plain Mecha-Spike Tops by possessing yellow spikes on their backs, which can extend to about three times their height, as outlined in the game's Glossary: "A dangerous foe that can stretch its spines". Mad Mecha-Spike Tops are one of the few enemies in Super Princess Peach that can only be defeated by using Rage.
