The Hallway is a location in Luigi's Mansion and its Nintendo 3DS version. It is a type of location featured in every area of Luigi's Mansion. Hallways primarily serve as a way of connecting most other locations in a given area

When Luigi first enters a hallway, it is dark and littered with weak ghosts such as Ceiling Surprises and Blue Mice and small obstacles such as the Fake Door All hallways will remain dark and their ghosts will continuously respawn until the area boss is defeated, upon which its ghosts will disappear and light will return. The hallways are largely uniform in appearance with only the top and basement floors distinctly different with the basement hallway being made of stone and the top out of wood.
