The Balcony is a small terrace on the second floor of the mansion in Luigi's Mansion and its remake. It can be entered from a door on the left of the Wardrobe Room. There is only a Toad and a few plants. The location provides a view of the Graveyard and the Boneyard. The Balcony can be seen from the Master Bedroom. Two Gold Ghosts can be optionally encountered here during the blackout.

- The plant furthest to the left contains 10 Coins.
- The plant second from the left holds 10 Bills.
- The plant furthest to the right contains 1 Gold Bar.
- The remaining plant holds 1 Sapphire.
