Cannonball Fun is a 4-Player minigame in Mario Party 6.
Overview[edit]
The opening shows the first player flies in their hovercraft around the arena.
Players use the cannons attached to the left and right of their hovercrafts alternately to launch cannonballs at their opponents. Every player tries to get five points, with one point earned for each opponent hit, also stopping them briefly. There are no gameplay differences during different times of the day, though the side decorations are lit up at night to look like moons, not suns like during the day. The player who fulfills the objective first wins. If none of the players score at all before time runs out, the result is a tie.
In the ending, the winning player waves in their hovercraft while the losers do their usual animations. Every player does their losing animation if a tie occurs.
