First appearance Mario's Early Years! Fun with Numbers (1993)

Comparing World is a location in Mario's Early Years! Fun with Numbers. It is one of the seven islands in the game and is represented by a group of 3 buckets; one small, one medium, and one large.

In this world, the player has to select the comparison specified. The first level involves selecting the comparison (Smallest, Tallest, Biggest, Medium) of a group of swing sets and male/female children. The second level involves choosing various buckets/shovels (Water filled, Sand filled, Empty, Two shovels). The third involves a tree house where the player has to fill a red wagon with various toys (Bears, Dolls, Kites, etc.) After the player selects the correct answer, a character pops up to encourage them, then after five correct answers, they move on to the next room via a pipe.

The first area is the outside portion of a park. The second area is a sandbox with a tire swing and monkey bars. The final area is backyard with a tree house, flowers and such; the player exits through a blue pipe in this room.
